Garland McCollum is remodeling an existing hog building and constructing a hydroponic fodder production system. The project will develop hydroponic fodder production for supplemental feeding of laying hens (with emphasis on off-season fodder production for pastured, free-range hens). His ultimate goal is to produce organic, free-range eggs.
