This past Father’s Day, CNN ran an article featuring our Director of Farm Sustainability, and new dad, Joe Schroeder. The article highlighted the benefits of paternity leave for new fathers. RAFI is among only 11.4% of U.S. workplaces to offer that benefit. We are proud to live out our values through the benefits to our staff.
